Order Return Policy:

Live Animals

All live animal sales are final and I have a zero return policy once shipped. However, I do offer a Live Arrival Guarantee that applies only to the animal once it arrives at the destination.

Dry Goods and Supplies

My dry goods and supplies return policy is good for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have past since the purchase, I unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. The product MUST be unopened in original packaging (if applicable), unused, and in the same condition that you received it in. 

Used products cannot be accepted as a return. Since the item is no longer new, it cannot be resold. 

Once I receive the package, I will credit you for the price you paid for the product. I do NOT cover the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on Items sold as used, reconditioned, or Clearance Items.

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will be given a refund to your original payment method. 

*This can take a few business days as your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund.
